1. Acceptance of terms
CertRidge (certridge.com) is operated by BGAN Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using CertRidge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What CertRidge is
CertRidge is a practice-exam platform for professional certifications. Every question and explanation is written from each exam's own published objectives. CertRidge is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body — see our trademarks & disclaimer. We may modify, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance or to release improvements.
3. Accounts & security
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One account is for one person; accounts are not to be shared.
4. Pricing, billing & merchant of record
CertRidge is sold as one-time purchases, not a subscription. A single certification is a one-time payment for lifetime access to that certification's question bank. All-access is a one-time payment for lifetime access to every certification, current and future, including updates and new exam versions. Prices are shown on each certification's page and at checkout, and a free diagnostic is always available at no cost.
Our order process and payment processing are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (the specific contracting Paddle entity depends on where you're purchasing from — see Paddle's Buyer Terms). Paddle handles billing-related customer service and processes refunds; we never receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Refunds
If a CertRidge purchase isn't what you expected, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Because payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
CertRidge grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the question banks and explanations for your own exam preparation. You agree not to copy, scrape, republish, resell, share, or otherwise redistribute any question, answer, or explanation, in whole or in part, and not to use automated means to extract content from the service. You agree not to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the security or stability of the platform.
7. Intellectual property
All CertRidge content — including every question, answer option, explanation, cheat sheet, and the site itself — is original work owned by BGAN Technologies Ltd. and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants access for personal study only and does not transfer any ownership or right to redistribute.
8. No guarantee of exam results
CertRidge is preparation material. It is not real, leaked, or recalled exam content, and using it does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Certification exams, their objectives, and their scoring are controlled entirely by the relevant certification bodies and may change at any time.
9. Termination
You can stop using CertRidge and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms — in particular the acceptable-use rules above — without prior notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
CertRidge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular question reflects the current form of an exam.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BGAN Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of CertRidge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
